We’re excited to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible! Below is everything you need to know about how shipping works at our store.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday). We’ll send you a confirmation email once your order is on its way, along with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on it.
Please note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Within Switzerland 🇨🇭
We currently ship throughout Switzerland using trusted local carriers.

Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

Express Shipping: 5-15 business days (for orders placed before 11:00 AM)
Shipping Cost:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your order size and selected shipping method. Orders over CHF 50 ship free (Standard Shipping only).
International Shipping 🌍
We do offer international shipping! Delivery times and costs vary depending on your location.

EU countries: 7–15 business days

Outside EU: 7–21 business days
Please be aware that customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s laws. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your shipping fee.
Tracking Your Order
Once your package ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam folder just in case.
Delays
We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but occasionally there may be delays due to weather, customs, or carrier issues. If your order is delayed, we’ll do everything we can to keep you informed and resolve the issue quickly.
